  • What is a mortgage broker?
    Mortgage brokers match clients individual needs with the right mortgage product from a variety of lenders. A major difference between brokerage firms is the number of lenders they have access to.   • Do you offer independent mortgage advice?
    Yes, all of our advice is completely independent and impartial, and we do not have any affiliation with any particular lender, so we are always able to recommend you the most suitable option. All of our advisors are CeMAP-qualified, FCA-regulated, and highly experienced professionals.
  • How does the mortgage process work?
    Let us know what you are looking for and when you would like to achieve it. A consultant will then undertake a thorough market analysis and present you with a jargon-free illustration of the best option for you. We will apply to the recommended lender on your behalf, confirm which documentation you need to provide, and handle the entire underwriting process on your behalf so that you do not have to deal with the lender directly. Upon approval of your loan application, the lender will issue your mortgage offer. A copy will also be sent to your solicitor who will confirm any final legal requirements that need to be addressed. Then, we'll communicate regularly with all parties involved to ensure completion is achieved quickly.
  • How much can I borrow?
    The amount that can be borrowed will depend on one's income, existing credit obligations, and general monthly expenditure. Lenders calculate how much can be borrowed in different ways, and the amount available varies greatly between them.
  • How much deposit do I need?
    In some cases, you may be able to borrow with just a 5% deposit. Generally, the larger the deposit you can afford, the lower the rate.
  • Will I be able to get a mortgage with bad credit?
    We have access to a wide range of products from across the market, including products from specialist lenders who can help borrowers who have low credit scores or have had credit issues in the past.
